In 1995, software development was added as one of the services of NCAPAR Contracting and Allied Services, Inc. (NCAS, Inc.), a Philippine based job contracting/outsourcing company. Then in 2002, with the influx of local clients and entry of NCAS, Inc.'s 1st international client, Software Development was made a separate division, with own budget, office and organization. International companies wanting to outsource, immediately took notice of NCAS's dedication to quality work and on-time delivery, paving the way to a successful run until that division was bought by a multi-national company in 2010. NCAS, Inc. with minority take at the newly incorporated soft dev company, was tasked to manage and continue operations, until it was finally allowed 5 years later to form again its own software development company. Hence, NCAS SoftDev, Inc. Formally registered with SEC in 2016, our team has over 20 years of solid track record in delivering innovative business solutions to business problems.
