Dear sir we all know that India should improve its export and innovation sector..govt of India has done one good thing: e.c.g.c. of India. But the goods supplied by us are not trusted by the buyer abroad. So they demand credit facility. The buyer can't take risks of opening LC because they are again doubtful. No bank wants to finance or purchase the export bill despite buyer having e.c.g.c. cover. On the one hand e.c.g.c. recognise the buyer as good having good ratings. On the other hand even govt bank are not going to trust such good buyer. Govt of India should relax the condition for the buyer having good ratings so that exporters are able to develop their export business which is slow due to problems of finance rules and high rates of interest.
