Gratuity Trust Fund Consultant is a Corporate Consultancy providing Specialized Support Services to Indian and Multinational companies for Formation of Aprroved and Registered Gratuity Trust in terms of Forth Schedule of Part C of Income Tax Act 1961 required by Companies :- 1. For getting Tax benefits available under Section 36 (1)(v) for Contribution in Gratuity Trust as expense and Tax Free Income on Gratuity trust In(25)(iv) of the Income Tax Act, 1961. 2. We also provide Support Services for HR and Accounts department of Indian and Multinational Companies for preparation of Inputs for Actuarial Valuations under Gratuity, Leave Encashment and other Employee Benefit Plans in compliance of AS 15 (Revised 2005), IndAS 19, IAS 19 (Revised 2011) and USGAAP required by Companies at the end each Financial Closing. We have more a Decade of experience in providing above services. We have team highly skilled personnel to provide the services as per timelines of Client.
